Tanya provides audit, tax, and consulting services for clients engaged in banking and other financial services, agriculture, real estate, as well as several not-for-profit organizations. Her experience with financial institutions includes FDICIA compliance, mergers and acquisitions, assistance related to regulatory issues of troubled banks, and a wide range of consultation for small and mid-sized institutions located throughout Arkansas. Tanya also leads Erwin & Company’s employee benefit plan audit and compliance practice and is a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.

Tanya is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and has almost 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor to numerous individuals and businesses. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Arkansas Society of CPAs.
