Brian provides audit, tax, and consulting services for clients engaged in banking and other financial services, agriculture, and real estate, as well as several not-for-profit organizations. His experience with financial institutions includes S-corporation income tax elections, assistance related to regulatory issues of troubled banks, mergers and acquisitions, FDICIA compliance, and a wide range of consultation for small and mid-sized institutions located throughout Arkansas and surrounding states.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has over 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor to numerous individuals and businesses. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Arkansas Society of CPAs.
